We strive to deliver your Pooja Samagri as quickly as possible so your rituals are never delayed. Typically, orders within Metro cities are delivered within 3-5 business days. For other locations across India, please allow 5-7 business days..

We take great care in maintaining the sanctity and quality of our products.

• Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged idol or item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

If you need to change your address, please contact our customer support team immediately. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, we are unable to reroute it.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking link via SMS and Email. You can simply click that link or visit the “My Orders” section on our website to see real-time updates on your shipment.

Please email us at Support@shrichand.com with the subject line “Incorrect Address – Order #[Order ID]” immediately. If the package has not left our facility, we will correct it for you. If it has already shipped, we will try our best to coordinate with the courier partner, though a redirection fee may apply.

Currently, Shrichand Pooja Samagri ships to all pin codes across India. 

We prefer to ship your entire Pooja kit in a single package for your convenience. However, if your order contains items stored in different warehouses (e.g., heavy idols vs. lightweight samagri), they may arrive in separate shipments. You will be notified if your order is split.
