Orders and Shipping
We understand the importance of timely delivery for your rituals. Orders in metro cities typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For other locations across India, please allow 5-7 business days. You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is dispatched..
You can create an account by clicking on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” icon at the top right of our website. Alternatively, you will be given the option to create an account during the checkout process. Having an account allows you to track orders and save your address for faster future checkouts.
If you have moved or need to update your default address, log in to your account and go to the “Addresses” section. If you need to change the address for an active order, please contact customer support immediately. We can only change it if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and mobile number. You can also track the status by logging into your account on our website and viewing “Order History.”
Yes, all our prices are inclusive of the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian government regulations. You will not be charged any hidden taxes at checkout; the price you see is the final price (excluding shipping fees)..
Currently, we ship to all pin codes within India.
We try our best to ship all your Pooja items together. However, if your order contains a mix of heavy items (like stone idols) and delicate items, they may be shipped in separate boxes for safety. You will be notified if your order is split.

If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Please share photos of the damage when you contact us.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please email us a photo of the incorrect item to Support@shrichand.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item to you immediately at no extra cost..
If your package or idol arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging immediately. Send these to our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

You can cancel or modify your order **only before it has been dispatched** from our warehouse. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order. To cancel, please go to “My Orders” or contact support.
